Sam is certified to Network Professional level and takes ownership of our technical blueprint. His primary responsibility is to ensure bzb IT is at the forefront of understanding how SMEs adopt the latest IT in a secure & cost effective way. He also oversees our professional services division, where he leads our team in delivering change programmes for our clients.
What do you value most about leading bzb IT?
Without hesitation, it’s the people.
The most rewarding part of leading bzb IT is working alongside a genuinely great group of people and seeing how we come together as a team. We have always placed real importance on being together in person, which is why we have offices in both Bath and Bristol. That regular face-to-face time helps us stay connected, collaborate more naturally, and build strong working relationships.
It’s that sense of togetherness, the conversations, shared ideas, and support for one another, that creates an environment people genuinely enjoy being part of. Ultimately, it is the people and the way we work together that truly make bzb IT what it is.
What is your favourite aspect of working at bzb IT?
My favourite part of working at bzb IT is the people, and it’s not even close! We’ve always prioritised being together in person, which is why we have offices in both Bath and Bristol. Having that regular face-to-face time keeps us connected, makes collaboration easier, and creates a working environment that’s genuinely enjoyable. Life beyond the office
Outside of work, I enjoy getting outdoors, travelling, and spending time with the people closest to me. Some of my favourite moments include getting married in Bath, my hometown, exploring the landscapes of Utah, and playing golf along the coast of Spain, a favourite holiday spot for my family.
