Hello! I'm Alex, service desk coordinator at bzb IT
I hold a key role within service delivery, taking responsibility for ticket allocation and delivery. Reporting on monthly performance, ensuring we meet our KPIs/SLAs and are analysing any recurring issues to provide the highest level of service to our clients. I also spend a large portion of my time resolving tickets on the Service Desk.
What is your favourite aspect of working at bzb IT?
My favourite aspect of working at bzb IT is the culture, which feels a bit cringy but it’s the truth. Everyone is friendly, kind, and generally care how you are and the work we do. The office is always a positive, collaborative, funny environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, learning from others, and working as a team.

Life beyond the office
I’m a big Chelsea fan which at the best of times is an emotional rollercoaster. Outside of football, I enjoy watching Formula 1, Cycling, Figure Skating, and NFL. To relax I like watching films and TV shows and am a big fan of Disney. Recently I visited Disney World in Orlando.
