What is your favourite aspect of working at bzb IT?
My favourite aspect of working at bzb IT is the flexibility it provides, allowing me to balance a young family and personal hobbies while still delivering high-quality work.

Clients should choose bzb IT because we combine deep technical expertise with a genuinely personal, responsive service that focuses on building long-term partnerships and delivering solutions that truly fit the client’s needs.
What does a good outcome look like for you on a project?
A good outcome for me is a project that delivers the agreed scope on time (or with clearly managed changes), works reliably in the real world, and is easy for the customer to use and support. In reality as long as the solution is secure and the customer is happy, I’m happy.
If you could only keep one hobby, which would it be and why?
If I could only keep one, it’d be cycling, it clears my head, I can do it socially or solo, and I can scale it from a quick spin to a big challenge.
Life beyond the office
Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes biking, running, Hyrox, golf, and football. I also love spending quality time with my family.
