Hello! I'm Levi, junior solutions engineer at bzb IT
Levi plays the crucial role of responding to client needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. He completed his university placement at bzb IT during the summer of 2023 and has since come back in a full-time role on our Service Desk. While at University in Southampton, Levi studied (BEng (Hons)) Software Engineering.
What is your favourite aspect of working at bzb IT?
My favourite part of working at bzb IT must be the culture. With friendly faces and a great atmosphere that constantly motivates you to strive for the best, it’s a great place to work. I truly feel appreciated and supported by people I could call my friends.

What skills do you think make a great solutions engineer?
Problem solving is the greatest skill you can have. The ability to break a problem down and try each step until you find the right solution.
What do you usually do to switch your brain off?
I play video games with my friends online, especially competitive shooters. I also like to watch TV shows and YouTube.
Life beyond the office
After a good day’s work, I love to come home and play video games. I have recently been getting really into Star Wars, watching the entire movie series with friends online and playing Battlefront 2 along with STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor. At the weekend, I look forward to good weather so I can ride my motorbike.
