What is your favourite aspect of working at bzb IT?

I hate the cliché of “we’re a family,” and in most organisations, that would raise red flags but that’s how it feels to work at bzb. I’ve worked with some for upwards of 10 years, and there is a genuine level of concern, camaraderie and trust among us, with us all pulling together to support one another. We all take pride in seeing each other succeed and we all look to elevate each other and celebrate each other’s wins and support in moments of trouble. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, have fun and ultimately we’re proud of everything we deliver. I personally have learnt more here in the last 5 years than I have done in the prior 10 and that’s in part of being pushed to exceed my comfort levels and mentored to reach beyond. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing team.

You appreciate the fact that there is always someone at bzb who you can reach out to discuss your thought process, get advice for how you can achieve something or for best practice tips. We’re actual human beings who value you as business and fellow human being, and that echos throughout the business from the service desk to the directors they are all interested in getting to know you and what works for you and your buisiness. That paired with a desire to provide a high standard throughout, and a desire to be the best at what we do means we are constantly improving, training and pushing ourselves to be more.
